FAQ
The questions we hear most about our IT services. If you can't find yours, write to us.
Mostly companies with 5 to 100 employees that have no IT team of their own, or a single IT person.
We respond to requests within 30 minutes on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 (Istanbul time). Most issues are solved the same day over a remote connection. We monitor systems 24/7, and if a critical alert comes in outside working hours, we act on it without waiting for the morning.
Your staff reach a single point of contact by email or phone. Every request is logged, and the monthly report shows when it was opened and how it was solved.
Three things set the monthly fee: the number of users, the number of managed devices and the package you choose (Essential, Standard or Complete). After the free assessment we send a written quote. If any work outside the quote would cost extra, we ask you first.
We currently work on a monthly contract and don't ask for a long-term commitment. If you want to stop, one month's notice is enough.
After the free assessment, onboarding usually takes 1–2 weeks. In that time we inventory devices and accounts, take over admin access and set up monitoring. Your team keeps working as usual.
Admin accounts, licenses and your domain stay registered in your name. When you leave, we hand the current inventory and access list to you or your new provider.
Yes. Email, contacts and calendars are moved to Microsoft 365 from Exchange Server, Google Workspace or a hosting company's email service. We do the move outside working hours, so nobody's work stops.
For a company with up to 20 users, preparation takes a few days and the move itself usually fits into one weekend. More users and larger mailboxes take longer; we set the timeline together during the free assessment.
If email, Teams and the web versions of Office are enough, Business Basic will do. If you also need desktop Word, Excel and Outlook, choose Business Standard; for device management and advanced security, Business Premium. Business plans are for up to 300 users.
We can handle license purchasing for you, or keep managing the licenses you already have.
In Microsoft 365, email deleted from the Deleted Items folder can be recovered for 14 days by default, and files deleted in SharePoint and OneDrive for 93 days. Anything older needs a separate backup.
Not every server needs to move to the cloud. For file sharing, SharePoint and OneDrive are usually enough. If you run an application that needs a server, such as accounting software, we compare the monthly cost of running it on Azure with keeping it in the office and make a recommendation.
The cause is usually missing or wrong SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your domain. We set up these records and monitor the delivery reports. When we move you to Microsoft 365, we configure them from the start.
No. We recommend hardware that fits your needs. If you like, we handle the purchasing.
Yes. We work on site at offices in Istanbul for network setup and hardware changes. Outside Istanbul we do most of the work remotely and plan visits when needed.
The usual causes are old or badly placed access points, neighboring networks on the same channel, and a single modem trying to cover the whole office. We measure the office, map the signal, and recommend how many access points you need and where they should go.
We set up an encrypted VPN connection. Each employee gets their own account with multi-factor authentication, and when someone leaves, we close their access the same day.
We monitor the firewall, core network devices and servers 24/7. When a device goes down or a connection drops, the alert comes to us, and we usually fix it before you notice.
Running a server after the vendor stops security updates leaves a hole that never gets patched. For example, support for Windows Server 2012 ended in October 2023. We work out whether moving its work to the cloud or to a new server makes more sense and make a recommendation.
Microsoft keeps the service running, but it only keeps deleted data for a limited time: 14 days by default for email and 93 days for files. After that, or when ransomware encrypts your files, you need a separate backup to get them back.
We back up Microsoft 365 data and important devices at least once a day. Retention is set to your needs; for most companies we recommend one year.
We test restores every three months: we bring back selected files and one mailbox from backup and share the result in the report.
Yes. According to Microsoft, multi-factor authentication blocks more than 99.9% of account compromise attacks. We turn it on for every user and set up a backup method for anyone who loses their phone.
Classic antivirus catches known malware. Endpoint protection also watches for suspicious behavior, such as a program starting to encrypt hundreds of files in a short time. In the Standard and Complete packages we install endpoint protection on every computer.
Yes. In the Complete package we run a short phishing awareness training and realistic fake-email tests twice a year. The report shows how the team is doing overall, not individual names.
We disconnect affected devices from the network, secure the accounts and restore data from backup. Afterwards we send a written report on what happened.
A small integration or automation usually takes 1–3 weeks; the first version of a web application takes 4–8 weeks. We start with a small version that fixes the task wasting the most time, then grow it based on how people use it.
Projects are done for a fixed fee with the scope agreed in writing. If the scope changes, we agree on the new fee before starting the work. After launch, maintenance continues as part of the monthly IT service.
Rule-based tasks that repeat often: sorting incoming email by topic, reading data from invoices and orders, preparing weekly reports. We don't leave decisions that must be error-free to AI; they go to a person for approval.
Usually yes, if the software has an API or a way to export data. Instead of copying data by hand between accounting, CRM, e-commerce and Microsoft 365, we set up automatic flows.
The source code and intellectual property rights of the software we build are transferred to you in return for the project fee.
No. We use services that offer enterprise data privacy and, when needed, models running on your own infrastructure.
We offer digital marketing mainly as an add-on for companies we already provide IT services to. Other requests are considered based on our capacity.
There is no fixed minimum. We suggest a realistic budget for your goal. Ad spend is kept separate from the service fee.
Google search ads start bringing clicks and inquiries in the first week. It usually takes 4–6 weeks to see clearly which ads work. At the end of the first month we review the real numbers with you.
Every week. We pause ads that don't deliver and move the budget to the ones that do. If spending jumps unexpectedly, we act the same day.
Spend, clicks, form submissions, calls and cost per inquiry for each platform, plus what we will change next month.
Ad accounts are opened in your name and you keep ownership. We access them as administrators.

In a free assessment we review your computers, accounts and backups and tell you plainly what is at risk. No commitment needed.
