OUR SERVICES
Microsoft 365 and Cloud
We set up and manage email, file sharing and team communication on Microsoft 365.
We plan the move to Microsoft 365 from an old mail server, another provider or scattered accounts, and migrate email and files without losses. We run the migration outside working hours so nobody's work is interrupted.
After the move we manage user accounts, licences, sharing permissions and security settings. In Teams and SharePoint we set up a simple structure where teams can find their files easily. For work that needs a server in the office, we look at options on Azure.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can our existing email be moved?
Yes. Email, contacts and calendars are moved to Microsoft 365 from Exchange Server, Google Workspace or a hosting company's email service. We do the move outside working hours, so nobody's work stops.
How long does a migration take?
For a company with up to 20 users, preparation takes a few days and the move itself usually fits into one weekend. More users and larger mailboxes take longer; we set the timeline together during the free assessment.
Which Microsoft 365 plan should we choose?
If email, Teams and the web versions of Office are enough, Business Basic will do. If you also need desktop Word, Excel and Outlook, choose Business Standard; for device management and advanced security, Business Premium. Business plans are for up to 300 users.
How do we buy Microsoft licenses?
We can handle license purchasing for you, or keep managing the licenses you already have.
Can we recover a deleted email or file?
In Microsoft 365, email deleted from the Deleted Items folder can be recovered for 14 days by default, and files deleted in SharePoint and OneDrive for 93 days. Anything older needs a separate backup.
Should we move our server to Azure?
Not every server needs to move to the cloud. For file sharing, SharePoint and OneDrive are usually enough. If you run an application that needs a server, such as accounting software, we compare the monthly cost of running it on Azure with keeping it in the office and make a recommendation.
Our emails land in recipients' spam. Can you fix that?
The cause is usually missing or wrong SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your domain. We set up these records and monitor the delivery reports. When we move you to Microsoft 365, we configure them from the start.
